For Retailers
We’re excited to partner with local retailers that share our commitment to access, equity, and sustainability.
To qualify to be a participating retailer a shop must:
- Be a City of Portland brick and mortar retailer
- Stock program qualified e-bikes and accessories
- Provide maintenance support to your customers, including a complimentary 90-day post-purchase new bike check-up
- If participating in the adaptive e-bike program, provide custom fittings and adaptive e-bike services to customers
- Stay in contact with the program and provide feedback
- Treat all program participants with dignity and respect
How to Become a Participating Retailer
- Review the retailer requirements outlined in the Retailer Participation Agreement.
- Reach out to our liaison to apply.
- Once approved, create a retailer portal login and participate in retailer program training — multiple staff members are able to access the portal and undergo training. If signing up to become a participating retailer for the adaptive program, there will be an additional training specific to the adaptive program requirements.
- Support our rebate recipients and stay in contact with the program team.
Participating Retailers
We’ve partnered with local retailers across Portland. These e-bike retailers accept Portland Rides rebates and can help you choose the right e-bike and accessories. Visit one of our approved retailers to test ride and purchase your e-bike using your rebate.
